Very happy tenant who lived at Cadence for multiple years. Me and my significant other can only say great things about the staff and the grounds. The front office is always available and friendly, they know their tenants and work hard to maintain good relationships. The apartment grounds are beautifully kept and maintained. The gym, although small, has all the right things to get a great workout in without going to the gym. The location is also the best in Ballard.
This is a great property and really a steal for what they are offering for Ballard. New upgraded spacious units. While they might not have a ton of storage they have a very decent sized bedroom. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I had an issue and they had no problem coming on Christmas Eve to help. And you are across the street from one of the best places in Seattle, the Locks!
Management and office staff have all been very friendly and helpful! Katie was especially great to work with- she knew we were in a time crunch so she made sure to get us into the apartment as soon as possible. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with new appliances. So far very happy with everything!
